He since has gone on to restoring award winning antique aircraft, modifying aircraft for air racing and other special mission applications, and managing light jet and turboprop aircraft. His dedication is to provide the best product and support for his customers.

As Chief Strategy Officer of AYS Flight Support, Megan brings a systems-level approach to aviation operations, aligning maintenance, logistics, and customer experience with long-term growth objectives. With a background spanning military nuclear operations, engineering, and flight training, she focuses on building scalable processes, strategic partnerships, and data-driven decision-making that strengthen safety, reliability, and uptime. Her role ensures AYS evolves ahead of industry demands while remaining grounded in hands-on operational excellence and pilot-centric service.

Cody Busse is an A&P/IA aircraft mechanic with 15 years of hands-on experience in aviation maintenance. His background includes 3 years in an airline environment, 3 years maintaining and restoring WWI and WWII–era aircraft, and 9 years of experience in general aviation. He has worked extensively on aircraft such as Diamond, Cirrus, Piper, Beechcraft, and Pilatus. Cody brings a strong balance of modern airline maintenance practices, vintage aircraft expertise, and general aviation knowledge, with a consistent focus on safety, airworthiness, and quality workmanship.
